Distribution	Chitral, Waziristan, Khyber agency, Malakand, Sindh, Kohistan, Lasbela hinglajhllis of Makran,    have become extremely rare on the west bank of Kunhar river in Chitral and Salt range.
Habitat	It inhibits gentle slopes of the higher mountain ranges and will occur upto 9000 feet. They are also found in hills upto 2500 feet.
Feed	They prefer grasses, phulai leaves.
Breeding season	Mid October to late November
Litter size	1 –2 Lambs
Gestation period	160-164 days
Age at Maturity	18 months for female, 2-1/2 years for male
Predators	Man, leopard, Wolves and Caracal
Life span	11 years
Status	Common.

Habitat	It is confined to Indus plains preferring extensive un-cultivated sand dunes, valleys and mountain slopes.
Feed	Berries, mice, rates, fruits, rodents, reptiles, small birds.

Litter size	4 cubs
Gestation period	52 – 53 days
Age at maturity	1 year

4.	Distribution	It occurs throughout Pakistan. Southern Sindh, Thatta, Dadu and Tharparkar districts, Punjab, Salt Range, Baluchistan and NWFP i.e. Bannu, Kohat and Peshawar.
5.	Habitat	It is well adopted to living in the outskirts of villages, towns and avoids mountainous and extensive sand dune areas.
6.	Feed	Rodents, beetles, scorpion, snakes and lizards

Chinkara

Chinkara

4.	Distribution	Gilgit, Hunza, Kalabagh, Kohat distt:,Kirther and margalla hills, Kala Chitta hills potwar  region of Rawalpindi, once plentiful but now exterminated from D.I.Khan and Thal desert, also exterminated from Mardan and Peshawar, still found in Sibi, Zhob, Lasbela, Kirther range.
5.	Habitat	It is very adaptable animal, it seems to be able to exist in extensive sand areas down to sea level as well as dunes in stony plateaus  and low hilly regions upto 5000 feet elevation.
6.	Feed	Browses green twigs, bushes, forbes, grasses, succulent stems, crop of ripe seeds (brassica)
7.	Breeding Season	End of the monsoon to early Oct. and again from March to April.
